Here is the confirmation of your order. Thanks.

User to Me:
Hi Jason,
Every time I try to send a quote or order confirmation to this customer from SSA, he never gets it. I asked him if the quotes were going to a Spam or Junk email filter and he said no. I can forward them to him from Outlook, but not SSA. Is something on our end stopping the emails to him? For this order confirmation, I got a message saying that it was undeliverable. The email address for the customer is correct and he was receiving emails from SSA for previous years before. Thanks.
B***n

Jason:
B***n,
Can you send me any of the NDR’s (non-delivery reports)? And also some of the timestamps? I’m assuming the email you forwarded to me actually failed.

User:
Just the emails I send to admin@domain.org from SSA fail. The notice I received today was the first one. The previous ones just disappeared into oblivion. I didn’t receive a delivery failure notice for them. I found out about it when my customer kept asking me for quotes I sent already. I got them when I forwarded them from Outlook but not SSA.

Jason:
B***n,
I tried to lookup the MX records (records needed for email delivery) for www.domain.org and found none. I then went to the site and it’s just a placeholder advertising site. On a whim, I checked for your customer’s website using a tool called Google and found the domain domain.edu. I then performed the same tests on this new domain with much better results.
I’d try resending to “admin@domain.edu” going forward.
